We wanted to share the new rules we have prepared for the game and Discord with you. We hope that these rules will provide you with a more comfortable experience and help you in case of dilemmas.
First and foremost, our basic rule is that everyone should continuously stay within the framework of mutual respect. Using offensive language or making false claims about other users in the game is absolutely unacceptable.
Not knowing each other in real life or never meeting does not mean you can disregard basic social rules.
Therefore, please let’s maintain respect on Discord.
Warning:
Failure to adhere to the rules may result in administrative actions against you. These actions may range from simple warnings to account suspension.
The discretion in this regard lies with Shaiya Hub staff and player behavior will be assessed fairly.
General Rules:
- 1. Using obscene, threatening, abusive, sexually discriminatory, racist, ethnical, or religiously charged language is prohibited within the game and on Discord.
This rule also applies to similar content in signatures, avatars, and links. Shaiya Hub staff and Discord administrators have the right to censor such content.
- 2. Do not engage in nationalism, politics, religion, sexual content, or morality discussions within the game and on Discord.
This prevents offending people based on their origins, political views, religious beliefs, sexual orientations, or moral understanding.
Shaiya Hub staff and Discord administrators have the right to censor such discussions.
- 3. Spam, Bump, Flaming, and irrelevant responses are prohibited within the game and on Discord.
If a message is detected as spam, we reserve the right to edit, delete, or take other measures against this message.
You can find the Discord you are active in using the search function.
- 4. Speculation is prohibited!
It is prohibited to discuss a player's account suspension, warning, or any other punishment on Discord, within the game, or on TeamSpeak. In such cases, Shaiya Hub staff have the right to modify and delete messages.
If a player is found to be persistently sending spam or not adhering to other Discord rules, their access to Discord may be restricted by Shaiya Hub.
If you observe players persistently violating rules, please report this to our support team via a Ticket. Complaints will be addressed promptly, and necessary actions will be taken.

- 5. Insults are unacceptable!
Insults and abusive language are never acceptable in our game. This includes harassment, slander, incitement, and similar expressions. Personal censorship like “s.k or %&§!” does not change anything. Such abbreviations are considered as offensive. Additionally, calling for a boycott against other players or groups is strictly prohibited. We aim to maintain healthy and respectful conversations in our Discord.
Insults towards Shaiya Hub staff, game moderators, or Discord administrators may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the game.
- 6. No public shaming!
Do not publicly shame problematic players or groups within the game or on Discord. Lists that publicly expose certain players or groups will not be tolerated. If you have a problem, please send a detailed ticket to the Turkish support line.

- 7. Provocation!
Players who provoke others to violate the game rules may face permanent suspension.
- 8. Virtual item trading and links to third-party websites
Buying or selling virtual items for money is prohibited. This can result in permanent suspension for both parties.
It is strictly prohibited to share links to third-party commercial websites for any reason within the game and may result in permanent suspension.
- 9. Account changes
Changing, searching, or gifting accounts and requesting game money, items, or level groups publicly is not welcomed.
This may also result in temporary or permanent suspension for the player.
- 10. Personal information
Disclosure of email records, private messages, in-game messages, MSN/IRC/ICQ/YIM records,
TeamSpeak records is only possible with the consent of all participants.
Exceptions: In-game messages, emails, private messages, MSN/IRC/ICQ/YIM records, TeamSpeak records that cannot be linked to anyone.
- 11. Shaiya Hub staff or Discord moderators' censorship rights
Shaiya Hub staff and Discord moderators have the right to modify or remove messages that do not comply with Discord rules or are not understood. Censored messages are usually marked in red.
It is prohibited to alter or restore a censored and warned message to its original state.
This may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
- 12. Bugs and Errors
Report game bugs and errors to Shaiya Hub staff. Attempting to exploit a bug in the game is prohibited. Such attempts may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
These rules apply throughout the game and Discord. Special rules for exceptional in-game events or Discord sections will be explained separately.
In cases of disputes or rules not adequately explained, the decision-making authority lies with Shaiya Hub staff.
These rules can be changed by Shaiya Hub staff at any time without prior notice. Players are required to periodically check for updates and comply with the rules.
